Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead a team across integrated polymer, PET, spinning, and fabric operations. You will govern EHS programs, enable culture transformation, and ensure compliance with regulations at multiple sites.

The role focuses on risk assessment, hazard identification, and developing robust HSE systems, with data-driven improvements and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in petrochemical, polymer, chemical manufacturing or oil and gas industry.
• S1 – Environment/Safety; Certified Safety Professional.
• HSEF Planning; Setting SMART Objectives and Hazard controls.
• Developing & Implementing HSEF Systems of Work.
• Measuring, Audit and Review of safety performance.
• Knowledge of Industrial Safety and Environmental Standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements.
• Implement and sustain a positive health, safety and environmental culture across sites.
• Build relationships across functions to ensure accountability for HSE roles.
• Lead hazard identification, environmental aspect identification and risk assessment programs.
• Develop and manage up-to-date, controlled content while adhering to data privacy regulations.
• Drive improvements to HSE performance metrics using a data-driven approach.
• Evaluate site health, safety and environmental data and audit results to build improvement plans.

Job Purpose

Managing the team of HSE professionals in integrated Poly, PET, Spinning, Fabric multiple complex operations. HSE governance, digitaland culture transformation in multiple sites, compliance to EHS regulations, team and capability building, mentoring EHS systemsimplementation.

Key Interactions

• Manages HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements.
• Implement and sustain a positive health, safety and environmental culture through the application of the management systemsframework in a moderately complex site.
• Builds strong relationships across functions to ensure the organization understands and is accountable for their roles andresponsibilities and are committed to driving a positive health, safety and environmental culture.
• Leads of hazard identification, environmental aspect identification and risk assessment programs to identify strategic risk improvement opportunities and gaps in health, safety and environmental compliance obligations.
• Develops and manages support content ensuring it is up to date, controlled and available while adhering to data privacyregulations.
• Drives improvement to health, safety, and environmental performance metrics using a risk-based and data-driven approach.
• Evaluates site health, safety and environmental data, legal compliance findings, and internal and external audit results to build atactical improvement plan.
