Job summary

PT ADARO JASA TIRTA seeks a diligent HSE support to assist in compiling OHS reports and monitoring regulatory compliance. You will help implement OHS programs, conduct inspections, and deliver safety talks, first aid, and training. Ensure PPE readiness and foster a proactive safety culture.

The role is based in Bulungan, North Kalimantan, requiring willingness to be placed on-site and to coordinate with the HSE Officer.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 3 in Environmental or Industrial Engineering.
• Certified in K3LH/HSE.
• Good communication, compliance-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be placed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HSE Officer in collecting and preparing OHS reports.
• Monitor compliance with the latest OHS regulations and drive improvements.
• Execute OHS programs including inspections, safety talks, first aid, and training.
• Ensure PPE, safety equipment, and first aid supplies are available.

Job description

• Assist the HSE Officer in collecting, compiling, and preparing Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHS & ENV) reports.
• Monitor OHS & Environment compliance in accordance with the latest regulations and drive innovations in the implementation of existing OHS systems in coordination with the HSE Officer.
• Execute OHS & Environment programs, including inspections, P5M (pre-shift briefings), safety talks, housekeeping, Industrial Hygiene & Occupational Health (IHOH), first aid, internal training, health campaigns, morning exercises, HRA, MCU, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, accident reporting, etc.
• Ensure the availability of PPE, safety equipment, and first aid supplies, and foster an OHS culture.

Job Requirements
