Mekari is seeking an HRIS Activation Specialist in Yogyakarta to gather client requirements and assist with setting up HRIS and payroll applications. You will provide consultancy on best practices, conduct product training, and support clients with issue resolution.

Regular reporting to management on client needs is required. The role welcomes applicants with 1+ year of related experience, strong communication skills, and a comfort with payroll components.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Psychology, Management, Accounting, HR Management, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Payroll, HRIS Implementation, HR Admin, HR Generalist, People Operations, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Payroll software, TAX, BPJS, Overtime, and related components.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with clients at different levels.

• Gather client requirements and assist with setting up applications based on clients' needs.
• Provide consultancy for clients about best practice HRIS, Payroll, etc.
• Conduct product training for clients.
• Support and provide problem-solving to clients.
