Job summary

MateCareer is looking for a mid-level HR professional for a full-time role in Bali, Indonesia. You will supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, attendance, and employee administration, ensuring payroll readiness and BPJS compliance.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management or Law and at least three years of HR experience, with proficiency in HRIS, recruitment administration, attendance, and payroll basics.
