Job summary

J&T Cargo (PT Global Jet Cargo) is seeking an HR Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll and records management in Padang. You will assist interviews, maintain compliant employee files, and help implement training initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 1–2 years’ experience in HR, with strong communication and teamwork skills and proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including screening applications, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring of new employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and procedures
• Provide support in the implementation of employee training and development programs
• Assist with the administration of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives

Qualifications
