Job summary

Epiroc in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Payroll and HR Administration Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll, master data integrity, and regulatory reporting across the region.

You will liaise with external payroll partners, T&A and relocation providers, implement automation and AI-driven improvements, and deliver training to staff and managers.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 5+ years in payroll/HR admin, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of five years’ proven experience working in payroll or HR administration roles.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes, compensation & benefits, and labor laws for the region.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based HR systems such as SuccessFactors or ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with agile project management methods.
• Experience in digitalization and automation of HR tools and workflows, with AI knowledge.
• Fluency in English is essential; a second regional language is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll and HR administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as liaison with external providers (payroll, T&A, relocation, tax, pension).
• Oversee master data management and legal reporting requirements.
• Administer HR/payroll systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) including setup and updates.
• Lead projects on digitalization, automation, and AI-driven HR improvements.
• Develop and deliver payroll/HR training for employees and management.
• Provide expert-level support for payroll/HR inquiries as second/third line support.
• Promote data-driven HR practices and an innovative work culture.
• Collaborate across local, regional, and global HR teams under the OneHR model.
• Contribute to the HR Excellence improvements in the region.
