Job summary

Jabil Indonesia is seeking a proactive Campus Recruitment Coordinator to support university outreach, coordinate events, and help build a strong employer brand. You will manage interview scheduling, onboarding matters, and candidate communications, while ensuring accurate filing and ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects.

Mandarin literacy is a plus. The role focuses on campus engagement, branding through social media, and collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth candidate

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating campus recruitment events.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating multiple events.
• Ability to create engaging social media posts to support branding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and attend campus and recruitment events.
• Create story, post photos and newsletters for branding on social media.
• Propose and execute WeVideo video shooting and editing for business functions.
• Coordinate and execute new hire onboarding matters.
• Arrange candidate interviews and receive candidates for face‑to‑face interviews.
• Handle ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by Talent Acquisition team.
