Job summary

LG Electronics Indonesia in West Java (Cibitung) invites you to join as HR Analyst focusing on Labor Cost control and process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and help implement automation such as HR dashboards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Management, Math, Physics, Engineering or equivalent, with 0–1 year HR/manufacturing experience. Knowledge of labor cost calculation, basic coding (Phyton, C++, etc), and fluent English are required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Management, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–1 year HR/manufacturing experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge of labor cost calculation.
• Basic coding skills (Phyton, C++, etc) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent in English; Korean a plus.

Responsibilities

• Control monthly labor cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with Employees Representative.
• Create and implement HR process improvements and automation (HR dashboards, etc).
