Job summary

President University Foundation seeks an HR data analyst to transform workforce data into actionable insights for workforce planning and strategic decisions. You will collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to build dashboards and periodic reports.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to present complex data clearly. Collaboration with HR and other departments is essential; proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI/Tableau/SQL

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
1–2 years of experience in HR analytics or data reporting; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills welcome.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and data processing.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Able to present complex data clearly.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
High integrity in handling confidential employee information.

Responsibilities

Collect, validate, and analyze HR data from various sources.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and periodic reports.
Monitor key HR metrics including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, performance, and talent development.
Identify trends and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Support workforce planning, employee performance analysis, and talent management initiatives.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of employee data.
Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to fulfill data and reporting requirements.
Improve HR reporting processes through automation and data visualization.
