PT Orange Inovasi Digital seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business goals. You will partner with management, address employee concerns, and drive solutions for workplace issues.

The role requires strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, plus a solid understanding of HR policies and regulations to ensure compliant practices across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, psychology, management or related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years in HR Business Partner, Employee Relations or similar role.
• Strong experience handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment regulations, and people management practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with management and leaders to understand business needs and provide HR solutions aligned with objectives.
• Act as trusted HR partner and point of contact for employees and management on people-related matters.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct fact-finding and provide recommendations for employee issues with fair handling.
• Advise managers on people management, performance, conduct, and team dynamics.
• Guide on HR policies, employment practices, and applicable regulations for compliance.
• Collaborate with HR teams on engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
