3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a total work experience of over 8 years.

Solid knowledge of human resources functions: recruitment, training, performance management, organizational and people development, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, employee engagement, HR audits, and HRIS.

Familiar with labor regulations and formalities (IMTA, KITAS).

Skilled in creating and reviewing policies, SOPs, and operating HRIS systems.

Experienced in HR data processing (MPP, budgeting, payroll).

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and listening abilities; able to interact with all organizational levels.

Proactive, self-motivated, and demonstrates integrity.

Responsibilities

Manage and implement the company’s Human Resource Management System, covering areas such as employee and industrial relations (local and expatriate), organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, HRIS, document control, and HR audits. Ensure HR processes align with company policies, objectives, and labor regulations.
