PT SMART Tbk offers an internship opportunity for an undergraduate or fresh graduate to work within the HR team in Jakarta Pusat. You will assist in Talent Management, Organizational Development, data consolidation, and the creation of presentation decks.

Qualifications

Freshgraduate or undergraduate student in a relevant field as of the internship period.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint experience preferred.
Familiar with data visualization and basic data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the HR team in Talent Management and Organizational Development initiatives.
Assist in preparing Talent Review materials with data consolidation and analysis.
Support HR data analysis and reporting to identify trends and insights.
Assist in standardizing and reviewing Job Descriptions and HR docs.
Support HR projects with research, data prep, and coordination.
Identify opportunities for HR process improvement and efficiency gains.
Support day-to-day HR activities and documentation with accuracy.
Gain hands-on experience in HR analytics, project management, and corporate HR practices.
