Job summary

PT. Tara Kencana Group is seeking a responsible, proactive and reliable Housekeeping Staff to join 360 MOVE Gym & Training Center in Uluwatu, Bali. This is an urgent hiring position for candidates who can start immediately.

Key duties include cleaning all areas, opening/closing duties, waste disposal, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and reporting issues to the Housekeeping Leader. Ability to work shifts and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Junior High School (SMP) graduate.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage.
• Proactive and able to take initiative without constant supervision.
• Responsible and able to take ownership of assigned tasks until completion.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
• Basic MEP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all assigned areas, facilities, equipment, and common areas in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.
• Complete daily housekeeping tasks and assigned requests within the required timeframe.
• Perform proper opening and closing housekeeping duties.
• Ensure gym equipment and facilities are clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Regularly check and clean areas that may be overlooked, including upper areas, corners, and common spaces.
• Collect and properly dispose of waste and garbage.
• Monitor cleanliness around the bar and other assigned areas.
• Report any damage, malfunction, missing items, or cleanliness issues to the Housekeeping Leader or Management.
• Follow company SOPs, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with other housekeeping and operational tasks when required.
