Webster's Luxury Villas is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain luxurious villa standards in Bali. This full-time, on-site role involves daily cleaning, laundry, and guest assistance to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will coordinate with front desk and maintenance, restock amenities, and assist with special event setups as required. English or Bahasa Indonesia fluency is preferred, with a flexible weekend schedule.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Housekeeper role at Webster's Luxury Villas is based in Bali, Indonesia. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining exceptionally clean and well-presented villas, including daily room cleaning, bed making, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and bathroom sanitation. Duties also include managing laundry such as washing, drying, ironing, and organizing linens and guest clothing, as well as restocking amenities and monitoring cleaning supplies. The Housekeeper will welcome guests, respond to requests promptly, coordinate with the front desk and maintenance teams, and help ensure a consistent, high-end guest experience. The role may also involve assisting with set-up for special events, following health and safety standards, and supporting training of new housekeeping team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong housekeeping and cleanliness skills, including experience with Laundry and maintaining high standards in guest rooms and common areas.
• Effective Communication abilities to coordinate with team members and respond clearly and politely to guest requests.
• Customer Service skills to deliver courteous, professional, and guest-focused support in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Organization Skills to manage daily tasks, prioritize workloads, maintain inventory, and ensure villas are prepared on schedule.
• Ability to participate in and support Training for new team members, sharing best practices and maintaining consistent service standards.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and discretion in handling guest belongings and private spaces.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality, preferably in luxury villas, hotels, or resorts.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate loads throughout the shift, and to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English or Bahasa Indonesia, with additional languages considered an advantage.
