Job summary

HuntHire is seeking an experienced Household Manager for a private residence in South Jakarta. The role oversees day-to-day operations, supervises a small staff, and provides light support on family matters with a strong focus on discretion and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or Family Personal Assistant background, fluent English, and is comfortable working in a confidential family household environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a foreign national (WNA) open to any nationality.
• Currently residing in Indonesia and/or KITAS is a plus but not required.
• Prior background in hospitality or as a Family Personal Assistant / Household Manager.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Highly discreet and trustworthy with strong organizational skills.

• Oversee and manage all household activities, ensuring the residence runs smoothly on a daily basis.
• Supervise household staff — monitor and manage their work patterns and performance.
• Support important household matters and day-to-day family needs.
• Visit and check on the owner's business locations as required.

We are seeking an experienced, discreet, and highly organized Household Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private family residence in South Jakarta. This is a trusted, people-management position: the Household Manager will supervise a small household staff team, report directly to the household PIC, and provide light support on business-related matters. Given the nature of the household, the ideal candidate will bring the poise, confidentiality, and service standards typical of a hospitality or family PA background.

About you

Prior background in hospitality or as a Family Personal Assistant / Household Manager

Fluent in spoken and written English

Familiarity with Indonesian culture is a plus
