Job summary

PT Loyo Bondar Group seeks a maintenance technician to support villa operations in Bali. The role requires at least 1 year of hands-on experience in technical/machine maintenance, with basic electrical, plumbing, and AC/HVAC knowledge.

You will perform routine maintenance, address basic repairs, and respond to emergency issues. You must work well in a team, follow instructions, and be safety-conscious while potentially serving as a daily worker on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Technician, Engineering, Maintenance, or similar position.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC/HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Able to perform routine maintenance and basic repairs.
• Able to respond to emergency maintenance issues.
• Able to use basic tools and maintenance equipment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to follow technical instructions from Mechanic/Engineer.
• Safety-conscious, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work as a Daily Worker in a villa/property environment.
• Willing to assist other operational teams when needed.
