Job summary
PT Tri Arsa Properti is seeking a capable maintenance engineer to manage electrical, AC, water pump, and basic plumbing systems across its villa properties in Bali. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in engineering and hands-on experience in hotel or villa maintenance.
You will perform regular inspections, troubleshoot electrical panels, service AC units, maintain water distribution, respond to emergencies, and support guest comfort with prompt technical service.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Eng.
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience in hotels, villas, apartments, or buildings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting.
- Able to perform AC maintenance and water pump maintenance.
- Basic plumbing and water heater knowledge.
- Willing to work on an on-call/emergency basis.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and repair villa electrical installations; troubleshoot panels and lighting.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on AC units.
- Maintain water pumps, booster pumps, and distribution systems.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance on villa facilities and equipment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance and guest-related requests to minimize disruption.
