Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a 5-star hotel.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing and ready to travel for sales calls, client visits, business meetings, and promotional activities as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies covering all hotel products and facilities to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, MICE, wedding, and other market segments.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, sales calls, negotiations, proposals, and contract closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, event organizers, business partners, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to maximize revenue opportunities across hotel facilities and services.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, and external business meetings to promote the hotel's products and services.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports, analyze results, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
