Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests promptly.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and systems visually.
• Identify and operate all shut-offs for equipment and buildings.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and order parts as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, plumbing and electrical components.
