Formación

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Available to commit to a minimum internship period of 6 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
• Strong attention to detail with data management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to multitask.
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented work approach.

Responsabilidades

• Support Account Managers in managing relationships with hotel partners and assist day-to-day operations.
• Maintain and update hotel partner data, including inventory, rate plans, and contact details.
• Serve as first point of contact for partner inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Assist in planning and monitoring commercial campaigns with partner participation.
• Build strong relationships to increase engagement and campaign participation.
• Track campaign performance and provide regular updates.
• Prepare reports and analyses for business reviews.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Identify process improvements to enhance partner satisfaction and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to drive overall performance.
