TikTok is seeking a Project Intern in Jakarta to support the Fashion Category team by taking ownership of several operational and analytical workstreams that contribute to the category's performance.

This internship offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment, the opportunity to work with cross‑functional teams such as Campaign, Creator, Ads, and Logistics, and a chance to develop practical skills while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good analytical thinking

Responsibilities

• Develop the category strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage, and grow key sellers and brands.
• Improve product assortment, availability, pricing, and competitiveness.
• Drive GMV through campaigns, promotions, livestreams, affiliates, and creator collaboration.
• Monitor category performance, seller metrics, customer trends, and market competition.
• Work with cross-functional teams such as Campaign, Creator, Ads, Logistics, and Governance.
• Support sellers with business plans and performance improvement actions.
