Job summary

The Luxury Collection Labuan Bajo is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance on hotel systems, and keep equipment and facilities in optimal condition. You will follow safety protocols, use Lockout/Tagout when needed, and work with teams to resolve issues across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and painting tasks.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license; prior hotel maintenance

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Respond to guest repair requests and attend to maintenance issues.
Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
Inspect and test electrical components, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
Use Lockout/Tagout system before maintenance work.
Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed.
Communicate daily activities and problems to other shifts per standards.
