Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with international 5-star chain hotel
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of wellness professionals with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently and professionally under pressure
• Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Strong eye for detail; an ability to follow procedures and set the standards for cleanliness
