Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, prioritize room cleaning and update status of departing rooms.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to manage daily activities.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining and motivating staff.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests; assist individuals with disabilities; anticipate and respond to service needs.

Education
