Job summary

The St. Regis Jakarta is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service.

You will inspect guest rooms and public areas, coordinate with engineering, front office and laundry, and communicate changes in room assignments. In this role, you will support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching team members while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, and update room assignments.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
• Serve as liaison to coordinate housekeeping, engineering, front office, and laundry.
