Novotel Jakarta Cikini is seeking a Finance / Accounting professional to support the Food & Beverage department's planning, stock control, and financial reporting. The role requires at least 2 years of hotel experience and proficiency in Excel and FutureLog system.

You will organize monthly stock counts, prepare accounting data and ensure timely financial statements, while monitoring costs, variances, and HACCP/compliance guidelines in daily operations.

Qualifications

• For Indonesian citizen only, per ad.
• Diploma in Finance / Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar hotel role.
• Excellent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and FutureLog logistics system.
• Strong leadership and training skills.

Responsabilités

• Support planning and control processes of the F&B department with analytics.
• Organize monthly stock counts and conduct variance analyses.
• Prepare accounting data and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Ensure timely preparation of all financial and statistical reports.
• Monitor inventory movements and generate consumption reports.
• Maintain cost, inventory and reporting accuracy in FutureLog.
