Job summary

You will perform stock counts, reconciliations, cost analysis, and budgeting support, ensuring accurate financial statements and compliant reporting within the FutureLog system.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance/Accounting required.
• English proficiency (reading, writing and speaking).
• Experience in hotel or hospitality accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and control for F&B department with analytical tools and reports.
• Organize monthly stock counts and warehouse reconciliations.
• Prepare accounting data and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Submit all financial and statistical reports on time.
• Monitor inventory movements and generate consumption reports.
• Maintain cost, inventory, and reporting in FutureLog.
• Update menu recipes and establish standard costs.
• Conduct cost comparisons and profitability analyses for events.
• Assist budgeting processes and strategic planning.
• Ensure operations comply with HACCP and basic food safety guidelines.
