Qualifications

• Supervises the repair, maintenance and engineering operations according to the departmental standards
• Modifies installations to minimize waste of material and provide access for future maintenance
• Avoids unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes
• Ensures cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties
• Performs repairs and maintenance work to all guest rooms, public and service areas of the hotel to ensure they are well maintained
• Regularly inspects the entire building with particular attention on defective or deficient life safety features and to observe closely the condition of all operating equipment

• You will assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards
• Engineering Manager for managing engineering operations and coordinating for the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments
