Job summary

You will lead a team of engineers and technicians to support guest comfort and operational excellence. The position requires strong leadership, budget management, and experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in engineering/maintenance or related field; HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing training.
• 2-year degree in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 2 years experience in engineering/maintenance or related field; HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing training.

Responsibilities

• Manage all engineering/maintenance operations of the hotel facility.
• Oversee budget, capital expenditures, preventative maintenance and energy conservation.
• Lead the emergency response team for all facility issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
