Job summary

Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto is seeking a diligent Finance & Accounting Clerk to maintain accurate daily financial records, process documents, reconcile accounts and support the Finance & Accounting Department in line with Accor standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in bookkeeping or accounting, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations. You will collaborate with hotel teams to ensure compliant financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting administration preferred in hotel industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily financial records and transactions.
• Process accounting documents and reconcile accounts.
• Support accounts payable/receivable and supplier payments.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare monthly financial schedules and reports for audits.
