Job summary

Hamparan Nusa Yudistira is seeking a dynamic Host Livestreaming to power our Commerce team's live content across TikTokShop and Shopee. You will be the face of our brand, driving engagement and delivering compelling on‑camera experiences.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Host Livestreaming to join the Commerce team at Hamparan Nusa Yudistira. As a Host Livestreaming, you will be the face and voice of our brand, delivering compelling content to our audience across multiple digital platforms. You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and creating memorable experiences for our viewers. This position is essential to our marketing communications strategy and directly contributes to achieving our business objectives through authentic, energetic and persuasive on-camera presence.

What you’ll be doing

Host live streaming events, product launches, and promotional campaigns across TiktokShop and Shopee platforms and digital channels

Create engaging and entertaining content that resonates with target audiences and encourages viewer interaction and participation

Collaborate with the content and commerce teams to develop compelling storylines, scripts and presentation materials for livestreaming sessions

Respond to real-time audience questions, comments and feedback during live broadcasts to foster community engagement

Monitor livestream metrics and analytics to understand audience behaviour and optimise future content performance

Maintain an authentic and professional on-camera presence whilst adapting to different formats, tones and messaging requirements

Coordinate with production staff to ensure smooth technical execution of livestreaming events

Build and nurture relationships with viewers to develop brand loyalty and encourage repeat viewership

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, brand messaging and livestreaming best practices

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a livestream host, or similar on‑camera role demonstrating strong communication skills

Excellent verbal communication abilities with clear articulation, engaging tone and natural presentation style

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences in real‑time

High energy, charisma and enthusiasm for engaging content creation and audience interaction

Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital livestreaming tools such as Instagram Live, TikTok Live, YouTube Live or similar platforms

Ability to improvise and adapt content on‑the‑fly whilst maintaining professionalism and brand consistency

Quick thinking and problem‑solving abilities to handle unexpected situations during live broadcasts

Good understanding of current marketing trends, social media culture and audience preferences

Comfortable with being recorded and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanour on camera

Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet production schedules and deadlines

Preferred: Experience in e‑commerce livestreaming, product demonstrations or sales‑driven content creation
