We seek a confident, energetic host fluent in Indonesian and English, with a passion for beauty trends, audience interaction, and data-driven improvements. This on-site role offers growth in a dynamic digital growth team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Broadcasting or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a live host, presenter, or similar role.
• Confident, energetic, and charismatic in front of the camera.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Passionate about beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce trends.
• Skilled in engaging audiences through live streaming and creating an interactive atmosphere.
• Able to analyze live performance metrics to improve future sessions.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Willing to work from the office at our studio in Alam Sutera.

• Content Preparation: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to prepare scripts, product knowledge, and talking points.

• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product details, promotions, and launches for accurate delivery.
• Collaboration: Work with creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align content with campaign goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Broadcasting, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a live host, presenter, or similar role (preferably in the beauty or retail industry)
• Confident, energetic, and charismatic in front of the camera
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Passionate about beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce trends
• Skilled in engaging audiences through live streaming and creating an interactive atmosphere
• Able to analyze live performance metrics (viewers, engagement, sales conversion) to improve future sessions
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) at our studio in Alam Sutera
