About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Host Live to join the marketing communications team at LAB ART AROMATIQUE. This is a full-time position based in Yogyakarta Special Region. As a Host Live, you will be the face and voice of our brand during live streaming events and digital broadcasts, creating compelling content that connects with our audience and showcases our products in an authentic and engaging manner. This role is crucial to our marketing strategy, as it directly influences brand perception, customer engagement, and sales conversion through real-time interaction with our community.

Key responsibilities

• Host live streaming events on various digital platforms, presenting LAB ART AROMATIQUE products with passion and authenticity
• Engage with viewers in real-time, responding to comments and questions to build community and foster brand loyalty
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling scripts and content for live sessions
• Demonstrate product features, benefits and usage in an informative and entertaining manner
• Monitor performance metrics and viewer engagement during live broadcasts to optimise content delivery
• Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all live streaming activities
• Coordinate with product teams and other departments to ensure accurate product information and promotional details
• Build relationships with viewers and create a welcoming community atmosphere during broadcasts
• Participate in post-broadcast analysis and feedback sessions to continuously improve performance

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a live host, broadcaster or in a similar on-camera role within marketing or communications
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and captivate an audience in real-time
• Natural charisma and confidence in front of the camera with a genuine passion for connecting with people
• Strong knowledge of live streaming platforms and digital marketing channels
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to unexpected situations during live broadcasts
• Experience with product demonstration and sales-oriented communication
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple live sessions and promotional campaigns
• A keen understanding of social media trends and audience preferences
• Fluency in Indonesian; English language skills are a plus
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on broadcast schedules
