Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Freelance Live Stream Host to represent our apparel brands during live e-commerce and social media streaming sessions. This position is ideal for individuals based in Malang who are eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, public speaking, e-commerce sales, and fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Host & Presenter: Act as the primary brand ambassador during live streaming sessions to showcase, demonstrate, and promote our fashion product lines.
• Audience Engagement: Drive viewer interaction, answer product inquiries in real-time, and build a positive, energetic community atmosphere.
• Sales & Persuasion: Effectively communicate product specifications, fit, material benefits, and styling recommendations to maximize conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
• Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the creative, production, and digital marketing teams to align with campaign strategies and brand presentation standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Location: Currently residing in or able to commute to Malang for on-site live streaming sessions.
• Camera Presence & On-Screen Styling: Confident, highly expressive in front of the camera
• Communication Skills: Excellent public speaking, strong articulation, persuasive sales talk, and lively interpersonal skills.
• Digital & Fashion Savvy: Up-to-date with current social media trends, live-streaming mechanisms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.), and e-commerce dynamics.
• Professionalism: Reliable, punctual, adaptable to flexible working schedules, and open to all backgrounds.
