Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a senior Hospital Business Lead to drive commercial strategies across hospital departments in Jakarta. You will guide Heads of Department, align plans with budgets, and act as a trusted advisor to management, enhancing financial and clinical performance.

The role emphasizes building local partnerships, shaping marketing initiatives, and delivering healthcare services growth under regulatory standards.

Formación

• Bachelor/Master degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in sales/marketing with a strong healthcare background (B2B).
• Experience with patient, customer insights, pricing, and market intelligence is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior management and stakeholders.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards affecting hospital operations.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve hospital business targets by implementing a strong business strategy in the hospital area.
• Provide leadership to the Head of Department to ensure commercial strategies are implemented in line with budgets and targets.
• Act as a trusted business advisor to HU management, driving hospital performance (financial, clinical).
• Partner with HU management to deliver business objectives and drive organizational performance.
• Build relationships with strategic local partners to achieve hospital business goals.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase awareness and attract business through campaigns.
• Formulate strategies aligned with Hospital Strategy, Priorities and income targets (and insurance accounts).
• Encourage and maintain relationships with Companies/Insurance (local scale).
• Collaborate with Support and Services to drive ancillary and medical services packages.
• Partner with Regional BD to implement Sales and Marketing Strategy.
