Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a maintenance engineer to uphold hospital facilities and infrastructure in Tangerang. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, and record-keeping to ensure standards are met.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor in Machinery/Electrical Engineering, demonstrates strong problem-solving, and has knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Physical tasks such as lifting and climbing ladders are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in machinery/electrical engineering.
• Strong ability to diagnose and repair technical issues.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and climbing ladders.
• At least 1 year of engineering experience, preferably in a hospital.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repair of facilities and public facilities and infrastructure in the hospital environment according to standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, and replacements on facilities per schedule.
• Collect data and prepare reports for superiors and related parties.
• Conduct routine checks and document condition and function of facilities, including water and electricity sources.
• Implement quality and safety practices and participate in training and data collection.
• Fill out daily logsheets for designated areas.
