Job summary

Savaya Group in Bali is seeking a Barback to support the bar and service teams in a fast-paced restaurant and lounge environment.

You will keep stations stocked and clean, restock supplies, and ensure glassware, silverware, and beverages are ready throughout service. Work closely with bartenders and service staff to maintain an efficient flow during peak periods and deliver a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and restock bar stations with beverages, ice, glassware, silverware, dishes, garnishes, and other supplies. Throughout service, you will keep the bar and surrounding areas clean, organized, and safe.
• You will also collect and polish glassware, transport stock, remove used items and waste, and supply the service bar with food or operational items when required. You will coordinate closely with the Bartenders, Kitchen, and Service teams to maintain an efficient flow during busy periods.
