PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance (SANF) is seeking a skilled technical professional to support rental preparation, market penetration through cost estimates, and customer support initiatives in the heavy equipment segment. You will coordinate delivery schedules, supplier activities, and perform final equipment inspections.

Responsibilities include monitoring rental operations, contract compliance, preventive maintenance, repairs, and handling warranty/insurance claims to improve cost efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in handling heavy equipment.
• Possess a good understanding of heavy equipment, including unit utilization, maintenance, asset condition, and equipment lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

• Support rental preparation and market penetration through cost estimates, customer support initiatives, delivery scheduling, supplier coordination, and final equipment inspections.
• Monitor rental operations, contract compliance, preventive maintenance, and repairs; coordinate warranty and insurance claims, improve cost efficiency, and provide technical support to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Conduct equipment inspections and appraisals for marketplace listings, recommend business improvements, and provide technical guidance for marketplace implementation and development.
• Verify vendor repair estimates and completed work, conduct post-repair testing and regular equipment yard inspections, and prepare repair and equipment condition reports.
• Manage equipment handover documentation and asset movements, conduct physical inventory checks, and monitor spare parts usage.
