Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Valid Heavy Equipment Operator certification/license relevant to equipment used (e.g., SIO for Indonesia).
• Demonstrated knowledge of heavy equipment operation, safety principles, and basic maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (excavators, forklifts, loaders, bulldozers) for material handling.
• Load and unload feed ingredients, finished feed products, and CKD materials from trucks and storage areas.
• Transport materials within the facility following safety protocols.
• Perform routine pre- and post-operation checks on equipment and report malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area around equipment and handling zones.
• Comply with company safety regulations and wear PPE.
• Support other general labor tasks as needed to assist plant operations.

Job Summary\\*\\* Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for the handling, loading, and unloading of feed and CKD (Clinker Kiln Dust) materials within the PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk facilities. This role ensures smooth material flow and contributes to the overall operational efficiency of the plant. Job Responsibilities\\*\\* \\* Operate various types of heavy equipment, including but not limited to excavators, forklifts, loaders, and bulldozers, for material handling tasks. \\* Load and unload feed ingredients, finished feed products, and CKD materials from trucks, warehouses, and storage areas. \\* Transport materials to designated locations within the facility, adhering to established safety protocols and operational procedures. \\* Conduct routine pre-operation and post-operation checks and maintenance on assigned heavy equipment, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and general condition. \\* Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, defects, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. \\* Maintain a clean and organized work area around heavy equipment and material handling zones. \\* Adhere to all company safety regulations, policies, and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). \\* Assist with other general labor tasks as required to support plant operations.
