Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (CF Lengkong) seeks a Commercial HH Operator to run heavy equipment safely and efficiently at our farming operations. You will monitor tractors, loaders, excavators, and forklifts, conduct pre‑op checks, and keep precise records of usage and maintenance.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience, a valid SIO license, good physical condition, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Weekend/holiday work may be required in line with farm schedules.

Qualificações

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience (at least 2 years) operating heavy machinery in a commercial farming or industrial setting.
• Valid Heavy Equipment Operator License (SIO) specific to the types of machinery operated (e.g., forklift, excavator, loader).
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment mechanics and ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all operational guidelines.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor various types of heavy machinery and equipment, including but not limited to, tractors, loaders, excavators, and forklifts, as required for farming activities.
• Perform routine pre-operational checks and basic maintenance on assigned equipment, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and general cleanliness.
• Identify and report any mechanical issues, malfunctions, or safety concerns with equipment to the immediate supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies while operating machinery and working on site.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting feed, livestock, and other materials as directed.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Adhere to production schedules and quality standards set by the farm management.
• Participate in training programs to enhance operational skills and safety awareness.

Job Summary

This role focuses on maximizing productivity and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth and effective farm processes.
