This role focuses on maximizing productivity and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth and effective farm processes. Job Responsibilities \\* Operate and monitor various types of heavy machinery and equipment, including but not limited to, tractors, loaders, excavators, and forklifts, as required for farming activities. \\* Perform routine pre-operational checks and basic maintenance on assigned equipment, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and general cleanliness. \\* Identify and report any mechanical issues, malfunctions, or safety concerns with equipment to the immediate supervisor. \\* Follow all safety protocols and company policies while operating machinery and working on site. \\* Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting feed, livestock, and other materials as directed. \\* Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities. \\* Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. \\* Adhere to production schedules and quality standards set by the farm management. \\* Participate in training programs to enhance operational skills and safety awareness.
