Job summary

PT Kompas Gramedia Group membuka posisi Safety and Health Officer untuk mengelola standar K3 di lingkungan kerja Tangerang, Banten secara on-site. Kandidat memiliki latar belakang K3, sertifikasi OHS, serta kemampuan desain menggunakan Canva/Illustrator.

Peran menuntut kemampuan inspektasi, kepatuhan regulasi, dan pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang terkait. Lokasi kantor di Tangerang, dengan mobilitas antar unit perusahaan.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja atau bidang terkait.
• Gelar atau sertifikasi OHS umum dari MoM atau BNSP.
• Pengetahuan sistem SMK3 sesuai peraturan pemerintah.
• Bersedia mobilitas ke semua unit perusahaan.
• Menguasai MS Office dan aplikasi desain seperti Canva, Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Merencanakan, mengelola, memantau, dan mengevaluasi standar keselamatan kerja untuk mencegah bahaya.
• Melakukan inspeksi rutin, identifikasi risiko, dan rekomendasi tindakan perbaikan.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan dan standar K3.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan, manage, monitor, and evaluate workplace safety standards and procedures to prevent and control potential hazards. Ensure proper implementation of safety measures, conduct regular inspections, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor of Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, Engineering, or Science.
• Certified General Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Expert from the Ministry of Manpower (MoM) or BNSP (National Professional Certification Agency).
• Familiarity with the OHS Management System (SMK3) in accordance with Government Regulation (PP) No. 50 of 2012.
• Willing to mobile across all company units.
• Proficient in MS Office and editing applications such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
• Proficiency in technical drawing is an advantage (or a plus).
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
