Job summary

Delamibrands is seeking a Health, Safety, Environment & General Affairs professional to lead HSE initiatives at our Tangerang manufacturing site. You will develop programs, conduct inspections, and drive corrective actions to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe workplace.

The role requires 2+ years in HSE/GA within garment or manufacturing settings, strong K3 knowledge, and willingness to work on-site at the factory. AK3 Umum preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE/K3 and General Affairs in garment/manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of K3 regulations, occupational safety, fire safety, and environmental management.
• Willing to be based at the factory/site and perform regular field inspections.
• K3 certification / AK3 Umum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments across production areas, warehouse, office, and facilities.
• Identify risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor compliance with K3, environmental, fire safety, and workplace safety requirements.
• Develop and conduct HSE training and safety awareness programs for employees, including PPE and emergency response.
• Manage PPE requirements, distribution, and compliance across operational areas.
• Investigate workplace accidents/incidents, prepare reports, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor environmental management activities, including waste management, hazardous waste (B3), wastewater, and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day General Affairs operations to ensure smooth factory activities.
• Manage company facilities, buildings, utilities, office equipment, and factory infrastructure.
• Willingness to be based at factory/site and conduct regular field inspections.
• K3 certification / AK3 Umum is preferred.

• Manage and monitor PPE requirements, distribution, and compliance across operational areas.

• Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE/K3 and General Affairs, preferably in a garment, textile, manufacturing, or factory environment.
• Strong understanding of K3 regulations, occupational safety, fire safety, emergency response, and environmental management.
• Familiar with risk assessment / HIRADC, incident investigation, safety inspection, PPE management, and emergency preparedness.
• Willing to be based in the factory/manufacturing site and conduct regular field inspections.
• K3 certification / AK3 Umum is preferred.
