Prudential is seeking a Health Product Lead to guide the development lifecycle from market research through launch and ongoing enhancements. You will translate strategy into actionable plans that align with growth targets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Based in Jakarta, the role requires coordinating with Actuarial, Distribution, IT and Finance to deliver compliant health product solutions and to monitor post-launch performance for continuous optimization.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end health product development lifecycle, from market research, ideation, feasibility, to launch and enhancements.
• Translate product strategy into actionable development plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis, customer research, and competitor benchmarking to support product innovation and improvements.
• Lead and manage product documentation, regulatory submissions, and approval processes, Ensure product compliance with regulatory, governance, and risk management requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement, such as Product Implementation, Product Activation, Actuarial, Distribution, Operations, Finance and IT, to deliver high-quality product solutions aligned with business objectives and timelines.
• Monitor post-launch performance (sales, claims, profitability) and drive continuous product enhancements and optimization.
