Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Health Product Lead to guide the end-to-end development lifecycle of health products in Indonesia. You'll translate strategy into development plans, oversee market research, feasibility and launches, and ensure alignment with growth targets and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with Product Implementation, Actuarial, Distribution, Operations and IT, monitor post-launch performance, and drive ongoing improvements to deliver high-quality product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end health product development lifecycle, from market research, ideation, feasibility, to launch and enhancements.
• Translate product strategy into actionable development plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis, customer research, and competitor benchmarking to support product innovation and improvements.
• Lead and manage product documentation, regulatory submissions, and approval processes, Ensure product compliance with regulatory, governance, and risk management requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement, such as Product Implementation, Product Activation, Actuarial, Distribution, Operations, Finance and IT, to deliver high-quality product solutions aligned with business objectives and timelines.
• Monitor post-launch performance (sales, claims, profitability) and drive continuous product enhancements and optimization.
