• Proven track record of executive leadership as Principal/Head of School or similar.
• Experience in special education and inclusive settings.
• Strong governance, financial management, and safeguarding knowledge.
• Fluent in English and professional Bahasa Indonesia communication.
• Strategic thinker with discretion and values-driven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the school's vision, values, and strategic direction.
• Supervise and develop three pillar leads: Clinical & Therapy, Education, Operations.
• Accountable for student outcomes, teaching quality, and therapy standards.
• Lead onboarding and training focused on safeguarding and procedures.
• Act as external face to parents, regulators, and community; escalate critical issues.
• Approve budgets and guide financial health with the Operations Lead.
• Provide short-term classroom cover during emergencies.
