Humana is seeking a seasoned Risk Management Manager in Jakarta to lead risk assessment, frameworks, and compliance within our pawn shop operations. You will analyze financial risks, develop governance processes, and collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen controls.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in finance or related field, at least 3 years of managerial risk experience in pawn shops, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, risk management, business administration or related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience as Risk Management Manager in pawn shops industry.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Strong digital literacy and proven digital business analysis skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in risk management BSMR level 3 is an added advantage.
