Job summary

PT Maju Aman Sejahtera, known as Gadai MAS, seeks an experienced Risk Management Supervisor to lead risk controls and ensure regulatory compliance at our East Jakarta head office. The role requires 3+ years in risk supervision, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, business administration or related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience as Risk Management Supervisor, preferably in pawnshops.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Proficient with digital business analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• BSMR level 3 certification is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in using Ms Office.
• Certification in risk management is a plus.
• Willing to work at Head Office East Jakarta.

Min. 3 years of experience as Risk Management Supervisor (Already experienced in the pawn shops industry is a preferred).

Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Strong digital literacy and proven digital business analysis skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
