Job summary

K-Club Group in Bali is seeking an experienced Head of Department – Revenue & E-Commerce to lead the Revenue & E-Commerce team and drive commercial performance across the villa portfolio.

You will develop revenue and distribution strategies, oversee Airbnb and OTA channel performance, optimize pricing, and collaborate with Sales, Reservations, Operations and Finance to maximise occupancy, ADR and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior Revenue Management, E-Commerce, Commercial or Distribution leadership in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Revenue & E-Commerce strategy for the villa portfolio.
• Lead the team and monitor performance across properties to drive occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Oversee listings on Airbnb and other OTA channels and optimise distribution and pricing.
