Job summary

K-Club Group in Bali is seeking an experienced Head of Department – Revenue & E-Commerce to lead our Revenue & E-Commerce team and drive commercial performance across the villa portfolio. You will develop revenue and distribution strategies, set pricing, monitor performance and collaborate with Sales, Reservations, Operations and Finance.

The role requires strong leadership in revenue management and a hands-on approach with Airbnb and other OTA channels, dynamic pricing, and channel management.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership in Revenue Management, E-Commerce or Distribution in villas/hospitality.
• Hands-on experience with Airbnb and major OTA platforms.
• Strong understanding of dynamic pricing and revenue optimization.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall Revenue & E-Commerce strategy for the villa portfolio.
• Set pricing, positioning and distribution strategies based on demand.
• Drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and revenue performance.
• Establish revenue targets, budgets and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, Operations and Finance.
• Oversee listings across Airbnb and OTA channels.
• Monitor channel performance and optimize distribution.
• Forecast and report revenue performance to senior management.
• Lead, manage and develop the Revenue & E-Commerce team.
